Shipping Policy / 配送政策

1. Shipping destinations

We primarily ship to countries within the European Union and selected European destinations (e.g. Switzerland, UK where offered at checkout). Orders to unsupported countries may be cancelled and refunded.

我们主要发往欧盟及结账页面可选的欧洲国家。不支持地区的订单可能被取消并退款。

2. Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (including on-chain confirmation for crypto payments). Peak seasons may extend processing time.

付款确认后（加密支付需链上确认）通常 1–3 个工作日处理。旺季可能延长。

3. Delivery estimates

• EU standard: about 3–10 business days after dispatch
• Remote areas may take longer
• Estimates are not guarantees; carriers control final delivery

时效为预估，非承诺。最终以物流商为准。

4. Shipping fees & free shipping

Fees are calculated at checkout by destination (see admin shipping rates). Free shipping thresholds, if any, are shown at checkout.

运费按目的地在结账时计算；满额包邮规则以结账页显示为准。

5. Tracking

When your order ships, tracking number and carrier (if available) appear in your account order history. You will also receive an email when configured.

发货后可在「我的账户」查看运单号；若已配置邮件服务会另行通知。

6. Customs, duties & VAT

For EU B2C sales, applicable VAT may be included or calculated at checkout according to destination rules. Import duties outside the EU (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

7. Failed delivery

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery, we may charge re-shipping costs or refund product value minus outbound shipping and fees.
